What you would like to accomplish:
» Per Customer it would be greatly helpful for their on-calls to be notified in advance of future maintenance in Cloud Spanner that may result in spikes in CPU.
How this might work:
» This could bean active notification (like an email) or a passive one, like a dashboard that customer can check to see maintenance schedules.
If applicable, reasons why alternative solutions are not sufficient:
» Customer wants to anticipate to Cloud Spanner spikes in CPU due to (midnight) background maintenance services.
