What you would like to accomplish: List quota increase requests through gcloud CLI or API.

How this might work: The quota increase requests which are approved and pending should be listed through gcloud CLI and API as we get it through the console here 1.

If applicable, reasons why alternative solutions are not sufficient: -

Other information (workarounds you have tried, documentation consulted, etc): Verified this documentation 2, but it's not listing the QIRs.

Digging around a bit, it appears WebKit itself doesn't handle authentication at all.
Instead, it would appear on Android that the package org.apache.http.auth does this.
