Description
In CGM apps, it's critical for patients to receive alerts, like when the Glucose is going urgently low.
In Android 15 Private Space was introduced, along with a message stating that Medical Apps are not intended to work in Private Space.
Because of the nature of medical applications, we require to tell the patients to avoid using the app if it's running within Private Space, in case they missed the statement from the OS.
Because of this, we'd love to have a way to:
- Have an API to detect when the app is running in Private Space, or
- Have a mechanism (with er via a Manifest Property or in the Play Console) to prevent the patient to install the app in the first place
Please let me know if you need more information about this use case, and I'd be happy to elaborate further.
Thank you
