What type of issue is this?

What steps would let us observe this issue?

1. Open the clock app
2. Tap to Edit the time of an existing timer
3. Do not press ok to confirm new time
4. Turn off phone screen
5. Wait till both the old selected time and new selected time pass
6. Neither time will trigger the alarm until ok is pressed in time picker window

What did you expect to happen?
Ok to be selected when screen was turned off. Or window be dismissed and old time be defaulted to.

What actually happened?
Neither time triggers the alarm.
