What you would like to accomplish: Users would like to use the scheduling jobs for their Vertex AI Workbench instance in europe-west2 region without any permission denied error

How this might work: Scheduling the notebook in a europe-west2 region region to determine if scheduling works.

• us-central1 (Iowa)
• us-east4 (Northern Virginia)
• us-west1 (Oregon)
• us-west4 (Las Vegas)
• northamerica-northeast1 (Montreal)
• southamerica-east1 (Sao Paulo)
• europe-west1 (Belgium)
• europe-west4 (Netherlands)
• asia-northeast1 (Tokyo)
• asia-southeast1 (Singapore)
• asia-south1 (Mumbai)
• asia-east2 (Hong Kong)
• australia-southeast1 (Sydney)
• asia-northeast3 (Seoul)

But the europe-west2 region is not available.

Other information (workarounds you have tried, documentation consulted, etc.):

• We have observed that europe-west2 has been experiencing internal issues for several months.
• Also, in the Google Cloud Console, europe-west2 region is not listed
