We pushed a fix to production last week. This should resolve ~ all repetitions customer are seeing.

Problem you have encountered:
The customer reported that the Agent Assist feature in their Dialogflow CX project was generating duplicate suggested questions sporadically across different conversations.
This was negatively impacting the end-user experience.
What you expected to happen:
Avoid to duplicate suggested questions
Steps to reproduce:
The Pub/Sub messages from Dialogflow seem to be functioning correctly and are tied to distinct interactions of the same participant.
Two Suggestion Messages (M1 and M2) for the Same Interaction:
Message 1 (M1): ack_time: 2024-10-03T16:50:30Z suggestedQuery: "Determine compliance exception for sleep apnea equipment while traveling overseas" score: -3.452748
Message 2 (M2): ack_time: 2024-10-03T16:50:24Z suggestedQuery: "Determine compliance exception for sleep apnea equipment while traveling overseas" score: -4.5198727 Both messages are related to the same query, but with slight variations in the score values.
This indicates that the system is suggesting the same query multiple times during the conversation. However, these suggestions are generated by different streamingAnalyzeContent requests.
