Description
The web.dev HTML attributes learning page exhibits unusual horizontal scrolling behavior, and the page's underlying CSS code is visible in the background during scrolling.
Steps to reproduce:

Impact: Minor: Cosmetic issue, but it negatively impacts the user experience and the professional appearance of the web.dev site.
