We are creating datastores through terraform but when we run terraform (with no changes) again, it attempts to delete and recreate the datastores because of a change in document_processing_config.
We didn't include the document_processing_config block in the terraform configuration in the first place and didn't intend to make any changes to this field. However, there seems to be something else that is causing this change.
After that, tf apply fails with this error: Error: Error when reading or editing DataStore: googleapi: Error 400: DataStore currently exists in list at index 0 of Engine
