Please describe your requested enhancement. Good feature requests will solve common problems or enable new use cases.

What you would like to accomplish: Establish a VPC-SC Perimeter at the Dataset Level to enable IP filtering for Dataset Join Access.

How this might work: Have an IP filter for each dataset and specify which IPs are authorized to access each dataset.


If applicable, reasons why alternative solutions are not sufficient: As of now we only can create that with permissions but not with IPs.


Other information (workarounds you have tried, documentation consulted, etc): We are aware that a perimeter can be created at the BigQuery level; however, we propose that this capability be extended to the dataset level.
