emergency solution 4 everybody now: use widgets to get access to the settings.
1. long tap a free place on your screen
2. tap on Widgets
3. search for settings and add it
4. now select to what point of settings you want to link (Internet, System, About..)
so u still get access to some settings. not the same, but better than nothing.

I change system language from French to English, and now it works.

Thank you for reporting this issue, we have identified a fix that will be rolling out in an update next week.
In the meantime, you can change the language using Gemini:
Hold the power button for 2 seconds to launch Gemini
Say command "Launch language in system settings"
Change the language to English

If you have any Problem with Settings crashing you can reset your phone via Recovery and Start new with English US and just load your Backup wihtout Settings. My Settings are now Working.

#39 Doing a factory reset will not solve the problem! If you are doing a factory reset just to change the phone language to be able to access the full phone settings, then it is better to just change the phone language without resetting the phone

I'have found a solution. If switch the phone in English the app doesn't crash. The problem is only with the French language.
