Description
It seems that we cannot create UDFs which call remote UDFs anymore even tough it was possible and we have some UDFs that were created like this.
What you expected to happen:
Successfully create the UDF.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a remote connection for cloud run instance.
1. Create a remote UDF which points to the said connection
3. Create a UDF which calls to the said remote UDF in its implementation
