Description

1. Triggered by doPost
2. Reads values from the sheet using sheet.getDataRange().getValues();

• Retrieves values from date columns that appear as '2025-02' on the sheet

3. Sometimes row[1] instanceof Date is true
4. Sometimes row[1] instanceof Date is false and typeof row[1] is object

It seemed to always be of type Date until six months ago (2024-08), but now the results are unstable. I am troubled by the inconsistency and would like it to be fixed as a bug.
