What type of Android issue is this?
Slow Performance

What steps would let us observe this issue?

Restarting and back on lock code and phone loops back to Google logo and come back to lock code
Also I cannot read many emails in Gmail. The content display Show text but clicking changes to hide text but still blank. I had to access on a computer to read my emails. This makes Gmail app unusable
