Is this "infeasible" for legal reasons? Does Samsung have a patent on their implementation?

Well certainly not infeasible for legal reasons, xiaomi has it too (for years actually). Also they don't want to implement system sound recording which is available in Samsung and xiaomi for god knows what reason

What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. Hello. I will keep it simple. I installed the Android 16 beta. My phone battery percentage was at 41, and i restarted it. After i restarted the phone the percentage was at 44. Is this some kind of issue or something i should be concerned about. Thank you for your time and Email me the result.

For it to remain at 41

It changed to 44
