What steps would let us observe this issue?

1. Repro Steps:

2. Ensure Gesture Navigation is enabled (Settings > System > Gestures > System navigation > Gesture navigation).

3. Open any app or webpage (e.g., Chrome, YouTube, or Twitter).

4. Rotate the phone to landscape mode.

5. Long-press the navigation bar/home gesture area to activate Circle to Search.

6. Try circling or tapping an object to search.

Expected Result:

Circle to Search should work as it does in portrait mode.

Actual Result:

Circle to Search does not activate or does not function correctly in landscape mode.
