Various places in Vertex AI allow you to specify region in which you want to see the contents
for example:

https://console.cloud.google.com/vertex-ai/matching-engine/indexes
https://console.cloud.google.com/vertex-ai/pipelines/runs
https://console.cloud.google.com/vertex-ai/pipelines/schedules
https://console.cloud.google.com/vertex-ai/ray

but you need to click the region. The GCP project can be passed using `project` GET parameter, but region not. It makes it difficult to point people easily to specific region. Being able to encode the region to url would make link sharing significantly easier.

Now, I can link https://console.cloud.google.com/vertex-ai/online-prediction/endpoints?project=<my project>

I would like to be able to do e.g.
https://console.cloud.google.com/vertex-ai/online-prediction/endpoints?project=<my project>&region=europe-west1

Now there is no other way around it than just selecting the region from the dropdown.
