After updating a deployment with the newest code in the Google Apps Script IDE the html page of the associated library (https://script.google.com/macros/library/d/ ...) will not update (i.e. will not show exposed functions that were not exposed before).

Workaround
Instead of updating a deployment version, create a new deployment version.
