Please describe your requested enhancement. Good feature requests will solve common problems or enable new use cases.
What you would like to accomplish:
In a GCP org that has Google Docs disabled, I cannot use a Google Sheet from another org (one which DOES have Google Docs enabled) to create a table.
How this might work:
An org without google docs access should be able to create bigquery tables linked to google sheets from orgs WITH google docs enabled
If applicable, reasons why alternative solutions are not sufficient:
No known solution to have a live connection from BQ to a google sheet without enabling google docs
Other information (workarounds you have tried, documentation consulted, etc):
