Alternate method:
Navigate to “Developer options”, ensure “USB debugging” is enabled, then enable “Bug report shortcut”. Capture bug report by holding the power button and selecting the “Take bug report” option.

Please provide as much information as possible. At least, this should include a description of your issue and steps to reproduce the problem. If possible please provide a summary of what steps or workarounds you have already tried, and any docs or articles you found (un)helpful.
Problem you have encountered:
JupyterLab failed to load due to a package that was installed with conflicting dependencies.
What you expected to happen:
I definitely expected to at least be able to recover the data I have in my account, so I could solve the dependencies issues by myself, or use the code I have there.
