Alternate method:
Navigate to “Developer options”, ensure “USB debugging” is enabled, then enable “Bug report shortcut”. Capture bug report by holding the power button and selecting the “Take bug report” option.

There is an example App Script for doing mail merge:https://developers.google.com/apps-script/samples/automations/mail-merge
Part of the instructions on that page is to click the big blue button "Make a Copy". When I do that, I get a warning that there is a violation of the Terms of Service for Google Drive.
I have clicked "Make a Copy" many times before and it worked. I last did that on Feb 4th. The example spreadsheet is a convenient way for doing mail merge. I have hacked its script a few times to do stuff that other mail merge programs cannot. I was able to make a copy of a copy of the spreadsheet that was already on my Google Drive.
The "Make a Copy" button does not work for me, nor my friend. It is Feb 28, 2025. I'm on Ubuntu with Firefox. He's on MacOS with Safari.
Impact
Users are unable to see the spreadsheet, see the example code, and run the example code.
