This field contains Gerrit urls of code changes that ‘fix’ a security bug (i.e., excluding logging/cleanup commits) and is used when a singular fix cannot be uniquely identified from the existing “Code Changes” field. Description
When seeking in a paused video
chromium seems to not apply damage tracking correctly. The attached video demonstrates the issue.
The issue does not happen while the video is playing.
Curiously, the issue also stops happening as soon as you interact with any UI element outside of the video area.
