What steps would let us observe this issue?

1. Swipe down from top of screen to open notification screen

What did you expect to happen?
The time and date is missing when I pull the notification shade down. I used to be able to see the time and date in the top left of the screen and often used this to check the date. Now this is missing, or in a font color that makes it very difficult to see.
