Please describe the problem in detail. Be sure to include:

- What happened. Google play services is restricting my third party apps from functiong. My WiFi shows good. Why aren't I receiving all messages in my Google voice. Google voice is my main means of communications. Can you imagine trying to communicate with loves and friends,but can't due to app error. I hate this platform. I'm not asking for much. All I want is to receive my notifications and to communicate via my third party apps. Play service is accumulating massive amounts of data.
- What you think the correct behavior should be.
- Is this a security related issue? Yes/No

Don't forget to mention which version of Android you're using, and/or which
device the problem appears on (model and Android version).
