Description
Whenever building an Android App in Android Studio, computer memory usage jumps by at least 2GB and that is retained and often increases on each subsequent build even without code changes. This is freshly opening a project with eight (8) screens, one (1) navigation composable, one (1) minute object data class, one viewmodel class, about two dozen string resources, no tests, basic drawables, etc. There are no Previews loaded, no AVDs running, etc.
2. Attach log files from Android Studio
attached
3. If you know what they are, write the steps to reproduce:
3A. fresh load of Studio
3B. build project
3C. build project
In addition to logs, please attach a screenshot or recording that illustrates the problem.
also find screen grabs of the Task Manager memory usage
