I think you're using the K2 frontend, for which these features were only implemented recently for 2025.1:
If you go to Settings -> Languages -> Kotlin and uncheck the box, do these show up in the menu again?

Here's the odd thing. This morning, I upgraded to

After doing so, I found "Enable K2 mode" is not enabled, and the Data Flow menu items work. Unfortunately, I do not remember whether I intentionally selected the K2 frontend at any point in the past.
This seems to be the second time that I've seen a flakiness in the availability of data flow. Is this setting not being conserved between upgrades?

Description
Starting, I believe, around the time of upgrading to Canary 6, whenever I open the Code > Analyze Code sub-menu, the options "Data flow to here" and "Data flow from here" are always greyed out. I know that in a recent version, they were not disabled.
