I was hopeful that the release of API 18 (4.3) would have created a solution to this, unfortunately it includes version 3158130

Steps to reproduce the problem
Problem Description
Operating System: Linux/Ubuntu
Brwoser Version: 133.0.6943.126 (Official Build) Command Line: /opt/google/chrome/chrome --no-sandbox /home/rdfuzz/Projects/SAGEM-evaluation/crashes/62.html
Within about 1min, the tab would crash. I will upload a vedio to describe this problem.
