This field contains Gerrit urls of code changes that ‘fix’ a security bug (i.e., excluding logging/cleanup commits) and is used when a singular fix cannot be uniquely identified from the existing “Code Changes” field. Problem Description
Error message: ""'file_handlers' is only allowed for packaged apps, but this is a [sic] extension." This is not true. According to Chrome documentation, regular extensions can use this key.https://developer.chrome.com/docs/extensions/reference/manifest#:~:text=ChromeOS%20file%20browser.-,%22file_handlers%22,-Specifies%20file%20types
Summary
Chrome thinks "file_handler" line can only be used be apps, not extensions.
