1. Play a game and sometime during playing you'll see the controls are frozen and no touch input is being registered anywhere

What did you expect to happen?
The display to take touch input

What actually happened?
No input

What was the effect of this issue on your device usage, such as lost time or work?
Extreme - device was unusable

Additional comments
You'll have to turn off the screen and turn on again for the problem to be fixed, and sometimes you'll have to force restart the phone through buttons combination because you can't even tap on the power menu buttons as if the display has no touch input at all
