Please capture screen record or video of the issue using following steps:
adb shell screenrecord /sdcard/video.mp4
Subsequently use following command to pull the recorded file:
adb pull /sdcard/video.mp4
Attach the file to this issue

When did this happen?

What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. Send video in Snapchat
2. Minimize app immediately after clicking send
3. Notification will be seen showing Snapchat upload status but it will neve progress
4. Reopening app allows upload to finish
What did you expect to happen?
Snapchat should continue attempting to send the video when focus is not on the app
What actually happened?
It remains pending and appears to be uploading as per the notification but never progresses
