What type of issue is this?

What steps would let us observe this issue?

1. Just put the sim inside the sim port of the pixel. Then, turn on the internet using your xyz mobile data carrier sim that you are using. In simple words, the mobile data. And, you will be unable to do anything on the internet. Because, it doesn't give any signal. I am now using a sim on another mobile device. And, it is running the internet on mobile data perfectly. Kindly, resolve this issue.
