Hi there,
Our internal tool indicates this resolution issue is location specific. For example, the nameserver IP 218.216.187.3 successfully responds to our queries from Doha, Qatar but our queries to the same nameserver timeout when sent from Melbourne, Australia.
We can not tell if these nameservers rate limit our server or network connection causes packet drops.

Currently, the following error occurs when sending mail to Gmail address with From: info@aquasmartcloud.jp.
However, I have both SPF and DKIM configured in DNS on
We believe that our Gmail system also uses the equivalent of Google Public DNS, and there is no response from Google Public DNS.
I suspect that the failure of the Gmail system to get SPF and DKIM may be the cause of the failure to send emails to Gmail.
Therefore, I would like to solve this problem.

If you are certain there are no issues with your DNS records and you indeed have SPF and DKIM properly configured, you may want to reach out to gmail support to ask if they are seeing specific issues exchanging email with your domain.

As in the attached file.
Currently, in the our company Public DNS, a dig query for a Google domain is SERVFAIL.
There is a response from other well-known DNS.
From this point, I have asked you about DNS.
Description
Dear google team,
In the our company Web domains
DNS information cannot be obtained from Google DNS IP 8.8.8.8.
Could you give me some advice on why there is no response from Google DNS?
# our company Findings 1
Other well-known DNS servers were also checked.
I checked below, but there was no problem with the response.
- Cloudflare DNS (1.1.1.1)
- OpenDNS (208.67.222.222)
- Quad9DNS (9.9.9.9)
- Comodo DNS (8.26.56.26)
Details are provided in the attached PDF "Result01.pdf".
# our company Findings 2
Executed a command to get domain DNS information for the our company DNS.
At that time, a packet check was performed on the authoritative DNS server of our company.
Result: No Google queries found.
