This field contains Gerrit urls of code changes that ‘fix’ a security bug (i.e., excluding logging/cleanup commits) and is used when a singular fix cannot be uniquely identified from the existing “Code Changes” field. The change can be in the chromium repo or any other third_party repo. [ID: 1358989]

Description
Steps to reproduce the problem
Reproduces in the latest versions of Google Chrome, not sure if it relates to OS version but mine is MacOS Sonoma 14.6.1
I have a external display for my Macbook Pro M2 Pro and if you have two displays and you're using google chrome on a secondary display (not sure if it depends on the size of the display, or it depends on whether the display is marked as secondary in the system. In my case it's smaller macbook display) and you're trying logging in to some website with weak password, the "Change Your Password" alert is not appearing (however it should appear, but probably it's getting wrong X and Y coordinates and getting displayed out of screen) and then you can't interact with the page at all. Devtools aren't opening, clicks aren't registering, right button clicks also aren't registering, and absolutely nothing works. The only thing that works is the upper bar (search bar, extensions, other tabs, page navigation, etc.) but nothing works on the page itself. However If I bring the google chrome window back to my second larger monitor and then closing and opening page again (reload doesn't help because the "Change Your Password" alert doesn't disappear on reload) the bug disappears and "Change Your Password" alert displays normally. The same works if I disconnect my external display and try closing & opening the page on my single macbook screen.

Probably some scaling issue when using two monitors on MacOS.
Summary
"Change your password" alert paralyses the page completely when using chrome on second monitor
