Description
Please provide as much information as possible. At least, this should include a description of your issue and steps to reproduce the problem. If possible please provide a summary of what steps or workarounds you have already tried, and any docs or articles you found (un)helpful.
Problem you have encountered:
- When selecting Claude 3.7 Sonnet model in Vertex AI Studio, but it is using Claude 3.0 in the background[1].
What you expected to happen:
- When inputting the prompt "which model of LLM are you using?", the response will give the correct model version.
Steps to reproduce:
- Enable Claude 3.7 Sonnet model in Google Cloud Project
- Select Claude 3.7 Sonnet as Model.
- Input prompt "which model of LLM are you using"
- The response will be like the following[2].

[2] I'm Claude, an AI assistant created by Anthropic. I'm specifically Claude 3 Opus, which is Anthropic's most capable model as of my last update. I was trained using a combination of supervised learning and constitutional AI methods. I'm designed to be helpful, harmless, and honest in my interactions.
