English ：If you change your code to only read the state where you actually use it, then you could reduce the number of elements that need to be recomposed.
The Chinese translation is not accurate, he omits a key piece of information that makes the reading confusing。
It shoud be: 如果您将代码更改为仅在使用的地方读取，那么您可以减少需要重组的元素数量。
