My SD card's file system supports a last modified timestamp; that is 'adb shell touch /mnt/sdcard/foo' works as expected. I need to check that calling from runtime works as well.

I couldn't reproduce this with a test case.

Hopefully I will keep this job if the USCIS does not approve one of my I-130s by March 31 and when I call Walmart, they will give me a vacation, 6 days in the Est time zone but still. God Bless You 🙏
