What steps would let us observe this issue?

1. I have already reported this issue before and the issue number is :385536573: Reduction in battery at night.. but couldn't provide verbose modem logs before, now providing it.
2. The core problem is battery reduction at night. Last night the battery reduced by 7 to 8% overnight while Wifi, Bluetooth, mobile data was turned off. I think this is unusual. Attached is the bug report. You can also check the previous issue as cited above. Also attached are 2 screenshots, one taken at 316 am before sleep and one taken after I woke up. It shows 70% but came down to 69% immediately.
