What steps will reproduce the problem?
Migrate a reguler bucket to HNS bucket. Try cp an object from the HNS bucket to your local machine.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
We have migrated the objects in a regular GCS bucket to HNS bucket. Using local computer, when we try to get the object using "gcloud storage cp" we have encountered "ERROR: gcloud crashed (AttributeError): 'Lock' object has no attribute 'is_fork_ctx'" error message and the download process stuck in 0B as "Completed files 0/1 | 0B/352.0kiB"

Please provide any additional information below.
