Issue Description + Insights/Patterns:

• Users report that when they navigate to a video on YouTube and enter into fullscreen from the video player, an unexpected horizontal scroll bar appears at the bottom of their screen.
• One user reports this only happens with some videos and does not happen in Edge.

Timeline: We have seen reports of this as early as January 25, 2025 and spiked in early February.
