The Maven group androidx.lifecycle is configured with multiple atomic group declarations in libraryversions.toml.

A Maven group should have a single atomic version to ensure consistent versioning across projects. We have started enforcing this in aosp/3528590, but we'd like to remove the need to bypass the check for certain groups.

• Please review and consolidate the duplicate atomic group entries for androidx.lifecycle in libraryversions.toml to ensure that only one declaration is used
• Remove your library from the ALLOWED_ATOMIC_GROUP_EXCEPTIONS field in buildSrc/private/src/main/kotlin/androidx/build/LibraryVersionsService.kt
