adb shell screenrecord /sdcard/video.mp4
Subsequently use following command to pull the recorded file:
adb pull /sdcard/video.mp4

More information
for example for the Google Wallet app, just open the app, that's it. warning window pops up, saying root or something causes low security environment and so contactless payment is unavailable, etc. screen shots in japanese attached.

It seems that it started happening in March. My Pixel 9 pro runs QPR2 beta. so both security update and google play system update show date in January. and I have not installed any new apps recently.
