Map markers are no longer working with the 2 most recent versions

# What steps will reproduce the problem? Please also provide a code sample which demonstrates your issue (e.g. via jsfiddle.net, or jsbin.com)
1. Versions with the issues: 3.60.1 & 3.60.2.
2. We have a website with the issues but I do not want to paste the URLs here. Adding this to a demo site would take too much time. Would it be possible for me to provide a link privately so you can investigate the issue?



Just wanted to note that the documentation says "At this time, google.maps.Marker is not scheduled to be discontinued." https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/markers
