I was hopeful that the release of API 18 (4.3) would have created a solution to this, unfortunately it includes version 3158130

Chrome Version : 80.0.3987.163 (64 bit) (cohort: Stable)
URLs (if applicable) : All
Other browsers tested: Chromium Edge
Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
Safari: Ok
Firefox: Ok
Edge: Ok
New Edge: Fail 80.0.361.111 (64 bit)
What steps will reproduce the problem?
-Try to remove a favorite website and it won't click sometimes
-Try to enable flash and it won't click sometimes
The problem is the same as:https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=5212
But that bug is closed as fixed (and was in 2008), and I'm experiencing this problem now with Latest Stable Chrome, and Latest Stable Chromium Edge.
I attach some gifs to show what is the problem.
