Steps to Reproduce Bug:stuck on booting. all i did is log in to playstore and it reboot my PC. so now it's stuck in booting.

Very slow. Just installed Android Studio. Fresh install. default virtual device. launch playstore, login. 2 step verify. emulator locks up. PC reboots. start android studio. login to playstore: it works and begins to load. never loads. open chrome in emulated device. PC reboots. start android studio. launch the emulator. stuck at Google loading screen forever. nothing loads.
