The issue has been resolved—the firewall was blocking Google's requests. We are currently investigating which specific rule is causing the restriction.
Description
We have recently received customer reports indicating that Google Home is unable to connect to our devices. After reviewing our server logs, we found that starting from 1:30 AM on the 14th (UTC+10:30), our server has not received any execute or query requests from Google. However, we are still receiving account linking requests. In our own testing, we are able to complete the account linking process successfully. However, after linking is complete, the request to retrieve device information fails. From the Google Cloud Console, we observed that the success rate dropped to 0% starting from the 14th. Additionally, the console logs show the error code BACKEND_FAILURE_URL_ERROR, yet our server has not received these requests at all.
