Just like with other dialog boxes, this is even worse, it lacks contrast and persons with visual impairments will have legibility concerns.

The interface feels tacky, inconsistent, and clunky, reminiscent of earlier versions of Android.
Radio buttons, action buttons, dialog background color, et cetera do not conform to the Monet theming engine. It is distant from the Material You look. What's worse, is that some dialog boxes conform to the color the Monet theming engine provides adding to the "rushed platform release" look.
This bug report requests that Android needs to be further polished for a more unified, consistent, and harmonious look.
If I can recall correctly, this issue also appears in the latest stable build, Android 15. With this issue, it fosters the feeling of an incomplete Android build; the user may feel like a beta tester due to how inconsistent UI elements are.
