Describe your issue
When using Google Maps JS API in Safari, the page's mouse wheel scrolling is blocked if the CSS contains
html { overscroll-behavior: none; }.This issue only occurs with JS API version >= 3.58.
This issue does not occur in Chrome.
Scrolling with arrow keys or scrollbar is not affected.
