What steps would let us observe this issue?

1. Open the camera app
2. Open the photo settings -> pro -> automatic object capture
3. when the zoom is over 10x, the camera preview shakes, making the process of taking a picture almost impossible
4. disable automatic object capture
5. shaking stops
