Thank you for reporting the issue. For us to further investigate this issue, please share the modem logs, If the issue persists.
Step to enable verbose vendor logging for modem log
- Enable from Developer Option
- Go to Setting > About phone.
- Tap “Build number” until it shows “You are now a developer!”.
- Go to Settings > System > Developer options
- Turn on “Enable verbose vendor logging”.
- Reproduce issue then trigger bug report.

Alternate method
Navigate to “Developer options”, ensure “USB debugging” is enabled, then enable “Bug report shortcut”. Capture bug report by holding the power button and selecting the “Take bug report” option.
