Description
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open
2. choice to create new account, type email and select suggested Chrome password
3. clic create account
= password is not accepted because website not accept special characters.
4. remove special characters, and clic create account.
What is the expected behavior?
Chrome must save the accepted password
What went wrong?
Chrome save suggested password before create account; and not store the password used to create account.

Chrome version: 80.0.3987.42 Channel: beta
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version:
