Steps to reproduce the problem:

An element with the following CSS properties:
• An element with a partially transparent background
• mix-blend-mode: color-dodge
• An opacity transition
What is the expected behavior?
The element transitions from visible to invisible
What went wrong?
The element rapidly strobes between black and white during the transition
